TREIF is a leading international business in the field of food cutting technology. With approx. 500 employees worldwide TREIF is developing and manufacturing innovative machines, production lines and systems exclusively for cutting and slicing food. The company is developing and executing customer oriented cutting solutions for shop applications, supermarkets, canteens and industry including automated production line solutions and systems for slicing meat, sausage, cheese, bread and confectionery. For this purpose, TREIF maintains four Competence Units which combine the world’s greatest range of food cutting technology under one roof: DICING (frozen and fresh meat, e.g. goulash), PORTION CUTTING (of bone-in and boneless meat, e.g. chops, also to fixed weight), SLICING (e.g. ham, salami, cheese) and BREAD CUTTING.
